The company was founded in 1987 with a clear objective: develop power solutions that perform reliably in electrochemical processes and remain dependable over the long term. That approach still defines how we work today: technically precise, practical, and built around responsibility for the complete system.

Continuity with a new generation

Over the years, plating electronic has become an internationally established specialist in DC and pulse power solutions. In 2016, we moved into our current headquarters in our own building in Sexau. In 2026, the company was transferred to the second generation. Today, Sebastian, Matthias, and Marius Rieder continue the family business, maintaining continuity in quality and service while bringing fresh momentum into structure and development.

The compact design of our POWER STATION DC power supplies and POWER PULSE pulsed power supplies allows you to install the power supply very close to the process. Thanks to shorter cables, significant amounts of energy can already be saved.
